Initial Position:
• The Loyal team wants to design the company with know how and volition.
The managing directors are of the opinion that the efficiency and the sales quota, as well as the positioning in the middle class, can be increased even more with the given resources.

Goals:
• Generating a common consciousness in the team.
• Definition of ideas and measures to increase the sales quota and define responsibilities for the implementation of the action plan.
• Increase team collaboration.

Approach:
• Implementation of an Eigenland® Pilot Workshop with 13 participants to deal with the topic "Sales Strategy".
• Intuitive evaluation of 60 theses in six defined fields of action within a daily workshop.
• Subsequent these discussions including practical / theoretical impulses and the following processing of three target questions.

Results:
• Developing a common mindset for value-adding collaboration.
• Formulation of the biggest success factors in order to exploit the full market potential.
• Definition of measures to increase lead generation and sales quota.
• Defining a small team to work out the measures already defined and their implementation in the company.
